b.  No new inning after 1 hour 30 minutes time-limit innings will be completed (Ties stand in pool play)

c. Kansas City tiebreaker will be used in playoffs to determine a winner.

d. A flip of the coin by umpire will determine the home team higher seed in bracket play.

e. The home team will be responsible for the official score book.

f. The Tournament Director and the UIC will settle all protests on the field.

g. No infield practice allowed prior to the start of the game.

h. Re-entry for an injured player is allowed.

i. . If a courtesy runner is used it will be someone off bench not playing or the last out.

j. No metal cleats allowed 12U, however 14U and 16/18 can wear metal cleats
